I’m 5’, 7 and while the base layer seems a tiny bit on the large side, I’m 100% fine with it(I’m skinny), I don’t really like the ultra skin-tight, almost-too-small fit anyway. If I had big, normal legs, it would probably seem like they were tailor made. The quality is high and they’re soft, good in the inseam and butt. They even shipped with a complimentary pair of wool socks. I was a little nervous about spending 2x what I normally spend on a base layer, but after experiencing the quality, I don’t mind. It seems as though they will last. I’d actually prefer if they were a tad thicker, but I’m splitting hurrs now. I’m happy.I have two pair, 250 an the 320. They’re very warm fit is great. I saw in the reviews people saying thread coming loose after washing. I used the bottom base layer with only sweat pants over the top and was fine for the 4 hours i spent outside. I used the top base layer as well and just a carhartt hoodie and a merino wool hat. I was pretty impressed on how warm it kept me. I wasn't toasty warm and i was cool at some points, but never cold or freezing. I put this base layer to the test by wearing minimal layers over top so i can see how it works. It kept me a lot warmer than i expected and i was never freezing cold, as i normally would've been with my other clothing options. I used these a couple days in cold weather and they're just great. I like em so much that i still have em on when i no longer need to. I was hesitant about the purchase initially but def glad i got these when i did. If ya live in a spot with cold weather then these are a must have. A real game changer for us crazy folk who gotta be out in the cold. I would recommend a good mid layer and outer layer to go with these on very cold days. The moisture wicking on these are good as well. The only thing i didnt like about these were the long tag on the inside but that can be cut off easily. Also, these came with a free pair of socks. The socks are warm and comfy but not at all durable. After wearing only twice there is already a hole.Decent fit, could use a little more elasticity/spandex to maintain its shape through the day. Other than that, it is warm and great for active cold weather useI actually bought these for my brother, and when we got them they turned out to be a fantastic color (teal) and really thick. I didn't expect the quality thickness but my brother can still wear them under his pants for work. So I bought another pair for my mom and she cannot get warm here when it snows and now she can get warm with the red ones under her pajamas. They fit great on both persons. I am just waiting on my size and color to be restocked and I am getting myself a pair of these merino wool pants that seem to fit everyone. Usually I forget if I have it on me in the woods, so light & comfy it is, just feel warm & cozy. I've bought 4 sets for all family members. Everyone loves this Merino tech base layer.
